Family Engagement Month

November is Family Engagement Month, and your Family Engagement Coordinators (FEC) have created fun activities to help families be intentional about enjoying time together!

Each week, we will have 1 activity and 1 food challenge that we hope families will enjoy together. Every challenge is eligible for a prize from your building FEC. All you have to do is take a photo with at least 2 people in your family completing the weekly challenge and either post it on social media with #428Family -or- email the photo to your building FEC. (Remember- your post must be “public” on social media so that we can find it with the hashtag.)

We also have a grand prize for a month-long District challenge! During the month of November, there are many activities across the district - music concerts, sporting events, family nights, and more. Click here to view the District Calendar.

• District Challenge: Take a photo with at least 2 family members at ANY #428 activity to enter our grand prize drawings. For the district challenge entries, we have a $50 chamber certificate for 1 winner at each building. We will also draw for our grand prize - a family night gift basket!

• Remember - all you have to do is take a photo at ANY school activity, and either post it on social media using #428Family -or- email it to your FEC. Have fun! We can't wait to see your photos!
